Swinger Family: February 2010

After we got home from vacation, we tried to make immediate plans to go meet Griffin. We made dinner and took it over to Matt and Brittany's on Friday night. Anyway, Paisley was so excited and could not stop saying "BABY".

In this picture she was trying to hold his hand, while getting strict orders to use her nice hands and to be gentle :) She at least acted like she was listening!

And here she is cheesing it with her new little cousin! I am pretty sure Griff is thinking enough already - get the toddler and camera out of here :)

Anyway, on a side note -- Paisley looks a little rough in these pictures after a long day at school having a Valentine's Day party. She had pink icing all over her shirt and her hair was a disaster. I tried to give her strict orders to leave her vest on but she cried that she was hot. Oh well, she can't look put together all of the time!

Vacation to Ixtapa, Mexico!!!!! Our trip started by driving to St Louis on Tuesday evening. We had a little trouble getting Paisley to go to sleep that night. She was too excited for her vacation :) Anyway, after about a total of 12 hours of travelling we finally made it to Ixtapa! Here is the view from our balcony. We had a two bedroom condo right on the beach!

One of her favorite things to do on vacation was to smell the flowers. They were so pretty! I am definitely ready for spring/summer after this trip!

We decided to go to dinner pretty much as soon as we checked out the place.

We had to improvise on a bath tub. The condo had two bathrooms with two showers only. Paisley is taking a bath in the hot tub on our balcony :)

Hat...check. Sunglasses...check. Sunscreen...check.

Bill loves to get the Mariachi bands to come play at our table. I was begging him not to but he thought Paisley would enjoy. And yes Bill, you were right! She could not stop smiling and dancing :)

Adam, Justin, Allie, and I went deep sea fishing or I guess you could just say that we took a cruise on a fishing boat in the ocean :)

Oh wait, we caught one fish when we were almost back to the marina. The smallest Mahi Mahi ever :) Needless to say, we let him keep swimming in the ocean.

Paisley: Mom, I see you do this all the time. Did I do it right?

I could not resist a picture. She seriously watches my every move. What a little minnie me :)

The guys went golfing twice. And yes they did see alligators. They did not chase too many golf balls!

Leave it to my family. Football on TV then we HAVE to find a place to watch it. Who says just because you are in Mexico that you can not watch the Superbowl in English with American commercials! We had so much fun!

We had a swing set at our condo. Paisley loved the swings and slides as always!

Adam and I took Paisley to swim with the dolphins. She loved it at first and then I think she was really confused. She kept making fish noises at it though.
