Paisley went to Grandma and Grandpa Hoke's on Saturday night.  She had not seen them for three weeks and everyone was in withdrawals :)  Anyway, Paisley surprised me today with her Bears jersey that Grandma and Grandpa bought for her.  The scary thing is that I already had mine on!  We looked like twins!

We also made 175 1/2 half gallon jugs of apple cider today.  Pictures to follow!

Colorado Vacation

This past weekend we travelled via RV to Winter Park, Colorado for a family wedding. There were six adults, a two year old, and one year old in this giant milk truck! We drove on Thursday and Friday, went to the rehearsal dinner Friday night, wedding was Saturday, hung out Sunday, and then drove back Monday and Tuesday. Here are a few pics from our trip.

This is a picture of the giant RV in our driveway. This picture was actually taken when we got home which is why Paisley is not in it. At this point, she is running wild around our yard so excited to be home.

On Saturday, we went to Winter Park resort. There were tons of little activities and this was a really fun day!

A big family picture on Sunday!

We were getting ready to leave on Monday and it started to snow. This was Colorado's first snow of the season! They were really excited. Us on the other hand were a little nervous because we were driving through the mountains in a giant RV! It was a slow drive but we made it!

Paisley was playing with snow with Aunt Britt! We could not find Paisley's hat so Aunt Britt let Paisley borrow her scarf :)

This was on the drive home! Paisley was watching Baby Einstein On the Farm. She loves that movie!

We went to Chicago this weekend for a little getaway. Adam went on a salmon fishing trip to Michigan so Paisley, my mom, Bill and myself went to Chicago. We ate lunch at the Cheesecake Factory - always a favorite. We then hit the shops. Pasiley napped in the stroller with Grandpa Bill pushing her while my mom and I shopped. We met up with Kristin while shopping. It was really great to see her. Kristin joined us for dinner at Maggiano's!!! Thanks Kristin - it was really good to see you!

Paisley was having so much fun walking around the hotel room in only her diaper. She could not stop giggling. I am pretty sure she was slap happy :) I wish she would have only slept that night :(

We intended on going to Shedd Aquarium this morning. Unfortunately, Paisley feel asleep on the five minute ride (probably because she was all over the place the night before in my bed). So instead we went to one of Bill's favorite German restaurants near Joliet for lunch. Before the food came, Paisley enjoyed playing with her new Mickey figurines. And of course she loved the food too!

Girls Day Out! Paisley met Anna yesterday. Molly and I decided that on her last Thursday off we would take the girls to Curtis Orchard! We had so much fun even though we couldn't pick apples!

This past weekend we went to Tuscola for Hanah's wedding. Unfortuntately, we could not make it to the reception because Paisley got sick. The next morning we thought that maybe some fresh air would help. We went to Ervin Park in Tuscola. Oh wait, yes she is still in her pajamas!

Paisley had her first experience of going down a slide. She did not know what to think at first, but as soon as she went down once she kept saying more :)

I was off today since it is Thursday so Paisley and mommy decided to go to the Decatur Zoo. This was probably the first time that she seemed to really be interested in the animals. I think her favorites were the wolves, peacock, and red panda (new to the zoo).

After seeing all of the animals, Paisley wanted to go to the playground. She loved swinging and sliding down the slide!

Paisley has been enjoying doing artwork at home! Today, at Target we bought some new crayons for her to play with. We first bought the markers below but since she is learning we think crayons are the better option :)
