Sorry this post is a little late.  Things have been pretty crazy around here.

In the middle of February, we went to Ixtapa, Mexico.  The trip was absolutely amazing and Paisley was very well behaved :)

We left Saturday morning and headed to St Louis to spend the day there before flying out very early Sunday morning.  Our first stop was the Magic House.  Paisley enjoyed herself after she came out of her shell a bit.

She loved the chalk and chalk board - maybe we have a teacher on our hands.

And surprisingly this is her only reaction to the 4 story high slide that she slid down.  She was definitely too little for this slide but she insisted on doing it.

She really liked the bubble room.  Daddy made a giant bubble all around her body :)

And the phone room.  A girl after her mom's heart :)

And what's better than one phone.....two phones :)

We spent the rest of Saturday hanging around the hotel - swimming and eating pizza.

We got up at 3am and headed to the airport at 4 am.  Our flight left at 6 am.

Paisley is enjoying her donut and smoothie very early in the morning.  She still almost looks asleep.  Poor thing.

Getting ready to take off...

Mommy and Paisley.  (Yes, Mommy looks like a giant!)

We had a lay over in Houston and my phone was her source of entertainment.

We made it to Mexico!!! Looking cool in my shades and hat!

Silly faces...

Grandma Sandy and Paisley.

Adam and I.

Our condo had a small playground.  Paisley fell in love with the slide and swings.

She did not fall in love with the sand on her hands and feet.  She continued to brush it off :)

A common place for Paisley when we were walking.  Paisley loves her daddy!

What a view!

We had a hot tub on our balcony.  Paisley had fun playing in her hot tub swimming pool!

Bill and Adam decided to go golfing one day.  My mom, Paisley, and myself decided to join them for a few holes.  Alligators were all over the golf course - kinda scary.

Paisley was practicing her somersaults while on the golf course.

And she loved throwing the ball and chasing it.

How cute is this!  Adam is trying to get Paisley to move so he can putt.  Paisley did not understand :)

And the standard Paisley strutting her way across the green.

We ended up staying the entire 18 holes.  Paisley had a blast golfing :)

Oh and check out the beer cart or old Nissan truck with giant coolers in the back...haha!

On our last full day, we went to Ixtapa Island for some peace and quiet.  Paisley loved playing in the sand.

She even convinced Papa Bill and Daddy to go build a sand castle.

One of my favorite pictures from the whole vacation :)

Enjoying the ocean with Daddy!

We planned on leaving when it was time for nap, but Paisley insisted that she could take a nap in a beach chair.  She had enough shade on her that she kept cool and slept for 2 hours.

Family picture leaving Ixtapa Island.

Adam and I had a little date night to celebrate our anniversary the night before we left.

Paisley stayed with Grandma and Papa while Adam and I were at dinner.  They enjoyed walking around smelling flowers and watching the sunset.

Good Bye Ixtapa.  See you soon!

What a wonderful vacation!

We have had some house projects going in anticipation of our new arrival  in May :)  One of the last things that we had to do was Miss Paisley's room.  She consistently requested pink walls so here they are.

Daddy and Paisley painting.

Paisley's finished project before daddy could really start in!

And the pink wall is done and the bright pink bedding.  The tiny thing on the HUGE bed was just Paisley taking a nap.  She loves her new room.  We still have lots more to do though.

More pictures to follow of the completed room!

Playing in the new shed!

She convinced everyone to take her for a tractor ride :)

I think she is pretending she is in a parade...waving every time she drives by :)

And blowing kisses!

What a fun little outing we had with Uncle Justin, Aunt Allie, and Daddy!
Last Sunday, Paisley decided that she was going to light the candles at church the next week.  Well, the week came.  She was a little nervous but she followed Miss Nancy and together they lit the candles.  Mommy had to sit in the front row for reassurance :)

Quick pose without a smile.  She insisted on wearing these boots today :)  She looks sooooo OLD!  Where did my baby go????

After she lit the candles, she convinced daddy that she had to go potty and then she had to go to the playroom.

As we were walking out of church, she cried to light the candles again.  Too cute!

Paisley loves the Tiger Room at her School :)

Here is Paisley hugging her very bestest friend - Eva!

Eva, Paisley, and another friend Lilly!

Too precious!
Adam and I tried to think of a way to burn some energy for little miss Paisley.  The weather was too cold to be outside so we went to the farm and jumped on the new trampoline inside the shed.

She loved with daddy jumped around her and made her fly all over the place!

So much fun!

By the way, I know the outfit is crazy.  Her daddy dressed her :)

Snow, ice, more snow, and more ice!  This is all we have dealt with for a few days now.

The first day Paisley and were bored. We decided to make Valentine Funfetti cupcakes after nap.  When I asked Paisley if this was a good idea, she shouted yay it is my birthday.  I guess all I need to get her for her birthday is cupcakes :)

Saying cupcake with a rotten smile instead of cheeeeese!

Day 2: This day involved no power!  Oh my gosh!  I thought I was bored the day before but nothing like Day 2.  We definitely had some one on one family time.  We read lots of books, markers, stamps, play dough, crayons, played babies, puzzles and so much more!  Wow!  I was exhausted.  I couldn't resist this picture.  She looks too grown up!

While I was entertaining Paisley, poor Adam was working on getting us heat and a TV.  We finally got everything going about 2pm.

Day 3: still bored but at least we had power!!!

Back to work/school tomorrow :)

Dear Snow and Ice -
Please stay away!  No more no power days pleeeeeease :)
