We decided to have one last family day before harvest starts.  We took Paisley to the St Louis Zoo.  She had a blast!  Actually, Adam and I had just as much fun too!

She decided to take a little snooze on our way there.  She is so precious when she sleeps!

Paisley watched the turtles closely and said turtles walk slow!

The only animal she wanted to see was the monkeys so the next several are from that exhibit.  Monkeys by far are her favorite animal!

We finally got Paisley away from the monkeys, and she was amazed to see this lion sleeping in the tree.  This actually freaked me out thinking if he could climb in a tree, could he climb out of this cage?????

Daddy and Paisley checking out the tigers.

What a pretty zebra!

I like giraffes for some reason so this picture was for me!

Daddy found a nice cold beverage to enjoy while we roasted in the sun!

Mommy and Paisley posing with a GIANT gorilla!

I just thought this picture was too cute.  Paisley loves her daddy!

Paisley's second favorite animal was the elephants.  These were two baby elephants.  They don't look very small, huh!

The three of us enjoyed the Zoo Train!  Choo Choo was a common phrase while we were going through the zoo.

And last by not least, we had to ride the carousel.  And yes that is Matt and Finn in the background.  They were already in St Louis and we happened to see them at the zoo...too funny!

Like mommy like daughter :)  What a precious little smile!

Wore out!

When we got home, we played outside for awhile.  When it was time to go in, Paisley ran to the driveway and quoted her favorite book, "Good Night, Moon!"

So many of you might be asking....how is potty training going?  Well since I am a very proud mommy, I will tell you.  After day 1 struggles, she has done incredible.  We only had four days of small accidents and now we are on day 3 on NO ACCIDENTS.  So this whole process only took my baby 5 days :)

Here is a picture of Paisley wearing my heels around after going potty.  She forgot to put her shorts back on :)  Looks at those legs....I love them!

So from the look of this picture, I am sure you can guess what we did this weekend....POTTY TRAIN!  Saturday was day 1.  I really was not sure this was going to work after day 1.  Sunday she started to get the hang of it.  Every day we have had fewer accidents.  Here are a few pictures to capture the weekend.

This is how she dressed herself for the big day!  I am not sure if she wore rain boots to catch the accidents or if she thought she was going to be in a flood :)

Aunt Allie painted her toes when she was sitting bored on the potty.  She LOVES them!  She comments on her pretty pink toes several times a day :)  Thanks Aunt Allie!

Please pray that Paisley is potty trained in a few weeks to help the sanity of mom!

We spent the weekend at the lake!  It is so relaxing and we had a blast!

Paisley and daddy enjoying the 85 degree water :)

Napping on the boat :)  Look at those thighs!!!!

Adam found these sunglasses on the boat - how funny!  And yes they were even bifocals.

Paisley just taking it all in.

Day 2 naptime!

Kristin (aka Miss Sweet Tea) left the city and headed our way for the weekend.  We had a blast!  We miss you already!

When it was time to head back home tonight, Paisley cried and said, "No home, Stay Camper"!  I think she enjoys it as much as we do :)

I was off today and wanted to do something special with Paisley.  So we went to the Children's Museum in Decatur.  She had so much fun!

I though this was a perfect quote...

Checking out the sharks in the water table.

Playing with very large wands that make lots of bubbles :)

And then there is the play kitchen area.  This might have been her favorite.  She needed some groceries.  She must have been thirsty.

Now which macaroni and cheese should I get....Kraft or Velveeta????

Playing at the sand table aka rice table :)

In the dog house with stuffed animal dogs and bones...haha!

Hands up - weeeeeeeee!

Makin' some dinner on the grill like my daddy does.

Playing with cars on the tracks.

Construction Kid Zone!  She went straight to the hard hat and tool belt :)

Airplane Control Room - Look Momma at all of the buttons!

And the next several are all of her silly faces.  She was cracking me up!

A big operation table!  Paisley has some organ in her hand :)  She wasn't very careful so hopefully she is not operating on me some day :)

And one final smile for the our play date today!
